April 28, 2016. You soon get off a train to City 18, and you get out one of the gates. As you go through the trainstation, you hear dispatch notices, and many lights shining.
You can't believe that a few years ago, the Union came out of the sky through the green portal, and the gunships, synths, and OTA's go through the world. As they came from the
sky you remember hiding either in some closet, cabinet, or a hidden annex like the jews in WWII. You waited either for the day, and or changed your spots from time to time, you hid
against the combine before they started breaking the world into cities. All you know is that you owe the Combine all you have, and that you try not to make them angry. If you do,
you know for a fact it's either beatings, or stuck in some stupid cell for a few cycles. The things you may not know is that the union could care less for you, and they plan to drain the
Earth of resources. As you exit the trainstation, you put your suitcase in the dropbox, and enter the city, awaiting your fate. Would you become a rich loyalist, or would you rebel ag-
