Situation Examples:
First Example:
Congratulations! You have been accepted as an operator, and you get your pet flags, and some of the people know about you now! After a few minutes of roleplaying on your citizen, you see two people arguing about one of them mugging each other. One of them provides insufficient evidence of roleplay of a good "mugging", although the person being mugged attempted to run away without roleplay. What do you do?:
I would first question both of them on what happened more thoroughly. Next I would tell them to redo the whole mugging with me supervising it. If after the mugging was redone and the fail RP continued I would void the whole situation and tell both of them how the situation should be roleplayed, then I would give them a guide to read on hl2rp.
Second Example:
You are a well known operator on the server now, and you have gotten into the CCA. After a few hours of roleplaying, and an event. Some people abused there pet flags, and went into a base when no one was looking and stole everything in there without roleplay. You teleport to them, and ask to drop the stuff. They say they never stole anything, and you are just trying to get us banned. One of them ironically is an admin, and threatens to demote you if you don't let it go. What do you do?:
I politely ask if I may check there inventory possibly using a zip tie. If after I asked that they still said no and the one administrator continued threats to demote me I would copy the console which would have him saying the threats and black mailing me, and I would then immediately or as soon as possible send the proof to an SA or to the owner to show that this admin is corrupt and needs to be delt with.
Third Example:
You have become an admin on the server, and made quite a reputation for your few bans and kicks you've been doing! You soon find some suspicious people in a corner. Sooner or later after watching, an admin apparently was around the corner, and spawned some items in for his friends. You have physical evidence, and logs of them doing it! What do you do?:
Almost the same exact thing as the second example. I would send the logs and physical evidence to a higher ranking administrator for him to look over and then eventually deal with this corrupt admin. I on the other hand after sending this proof would take the items off the players and kick them from the server.
Final Example:
You are on one day, when everyone had to leave for a while. A Suspicious looking name appears in the connect list. The name is Haxing yo server. He soon joins into the game with a mingy name, and starts to speak that he will DDOS the server if you don't give him SA. You don't know if he is telling the truth of not, but the server starts to slightly lag. He starts getting angry, and the owner just gets back from Away State...What do you do?:
I tell the owner the situation that is happening and ask him what I should do. If the owner says to instill a ban I would do so. If the owner said to wait for him to get on the server and then we would both deal with it I would do so.
I Bernieb will accept full punishment for anything I've done as part of the staff on the server, either from minging, playing around, or giving items to friends.
