This is a Serious Roleplay Server, and you need to act serious 24/7. If you abuse, or not remain serious do you know that you may be demoted?:

Situation Examples:
First Example:
Congratulations! You have been accepted as an operator, and you get your pet flags, and some of the people know about you now! After a few minutes of roleplaying on your citizen, you see two people arguing about one of them mugging each other. One of them provides insufficient evidence of roleplay of a good "mugging", although the person being mugged attempted to run away without roleplay. What do you do?:
I would TP both of them to a Secure location, and tell them that I want good roleplay, Not running away, or bad 'Mugging', I would teach them how to mug and tell the person running away with no RP, If you want to run away, /me it, Roll for it, and when they are done agrueing and ready to try again, I will TP them back to there location, and see if they do it correctly, If they dont do it Correctly, I will make them do it again.
Second Example:
You are a well known operator on the server now, and you have gotten into the CCA. After a few hours of roleplaying, and an event. Some people abused there pet flags, and went into a base when no one was looking and stole everything in there without roleplay. You teleport to them, and ask to drop the stuff. They say they never stole anything, and you are just trying to get us banned. One of them ironically is an admin, and threatens to demote you if you don't let it go. What do you do?:
I would PM a SA if one is one, And tell him the situation in /pm, or steam chat, He would get over here, and deal with the problem.
Third Example:
You have become an admin on the server, and made quite a reputation for your few bans and kicks you've been doing! You soon find some suspicious people in a corner. Sooner or later after watching, an admin apparently was around the corner, and spawned some items in for his friends. You have physical evidence, and logs of them doing it! What do you do?:
I would PM the owner in /pm, or steam chat, Showing him the logs and the evidence, So he can havea "Chat" With that admin.
Final Example:
You are on one day, when everyone had to leave for a while. A Suspicious looking name appears in the connect list. The name is Haxing yo server. He soon joins into the game with a mingy name, and starts to speak that he will DDOS the server if you don't give him SA. You don't know if he is telling the truth of not, but the server starts to slightly lag. He starts getting angry, and the owner just gets back from Away State...What do you do?:
I instantly PM the owner saying to do somthing, Either he could get on, or turn off the server before any more DDOS could happen.
I Cergis will accept full punishment for anything I've done as part of the staff on the server, either from minging, playing around, or giving items to friends.
